The Mayor’s Fund for Philadelphia and the Department of Parks & Recreation’s Urban Agriculture program, Farm Philly, seeks to hire a qualified professional firm to act as a General Contractor to manage the design, build and installation of a resource center/tool library fabricated from shipping containers for the local urban agriculture community. The project will be in West Fairmount Park adjacent to the Case Building, 4300 S. Concourse Drive Philadelphia, PA 19131. The General Contractor will be expected to take on subcontractors to accomplish this work, as detailed in the scope in the below link.
